The Wilmington Tigers… is an
AAU Girls
Basketball club based in Wilmington, Delaware. We serve
Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey
and northeastern Maryland. Our mission is to provide a unique,
competitive basketball experience for girls’ 9-years-old and
up.
Our coaching staff is comprised of experienced, dedicated
youth leaders whose knowledge of basketball is as impressive
as their ability to inspire and motivate their teams.
Tryouts
for the Wilmington Tigers take place every February and our
teams compete in AAU sanctioned tournaments starting in
March and ending in July.
All our
teams will also compete in regional qualifying tournaments
with the chance to qualify for the National Championship
Tournaments.
In
2007, the 11U,
13U, 14U and 16U teams qualified for the National Championships.
